MY MISSION

SELF-BELIEF · MINDSET · ACTION

My mission is to help people build self-belief and stop holding themselves back so they can take action, by changing the way they think. I believe we're capable of so much more than we think, but our own thoughts, limiting beliefs and mindset are often what hold us back. This is also the reason I'm doing these extreme challenges. I wanted to show people that if you truly believe in something, you have to be willing to chase it.

Every “yes” and every “no” reinforces something in your mind. So, be careful what you tell yourself you can’t do — because eventually, you’ll make it true.

How will changing your belief system change the way you live?

Once, in Japan, I ate at a restaurant using chopsticks. I didn't know how to use them properly, so I speared the food with them. To me, there was nothing wrong with that.

Later that day, I had dinner with three Japanese guys I'd met. One of them told me that poking food with chopsticks is considered disrespectful.

Suddenly, I saw that earlier meal completely differently.

New knowledge changed my perception. That made me feel embarrassed — and that changed how I behaved. I quickly learned how to use chopsticks properly.

That's what your beliefs do. They shape how you interpret the world - and how you interpret the world shapes how you act within it.

I’d Rather Show You Than Tell You

I don't want to just tell people they're capable of more. I want to prove what's possible by putting my own beliefs to the test. That's why I take on challenges that push me outside my comfort zone — and document the journey along the way.
