Diamond Gym in New Jersey has gained a reputation online as “the world’s most dangerous gym” — a raw, intimidating place that looks nothing like a normal commercial gym.

The challenge is simple: go there and train. Not because the workout itself is impossible, but because I want to deliberately put myself in an environment that feels intimidating and uncomfortable instead of avoiding it.

That's what this challenge represents to me — walking into a place that makes me uncomfortable, facing that feeling head-on, and finding out whether the reality is as intimidating as the story I've built around it in my head.
